About Me
Hi, I’m Swetlana Joshi, an Industrial Engineer turned Human Resource professional, with over 7 years of experience in manufacturing and a strong focus on people, behavior, and workplace effectiveness.
I began my career at Subros Ltd., where I worked extensively on training & development, process improvement, and workforce systems. During this time, I also had the opportunity to train in Japan through the AOTS Denso Program, gaining hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Ergonomics.
Over the years, my interest naturally shifted from systems to the people behind them — how they think, behave, and grow within organizations.
To build deeper expertise, I completed my MBA in Human Resource Management from Amity University, with a focus on Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, and HR Analytics.
Alongside formal education, I have completed certifications in:
- Talent Acquisition & Employee Onboarding
- Emotional Intelligence
- Personality Types at Work
- Human Behavior
- Consumer Psychology
- Workday HR Systems (Basic & Advanced)
This combination of engineering discipline and HR understanding allows me to approach workplace challenges with both structure and empathy.
