✍️ My Story & Background
Hi there! I’m Swetlana Joshi — an engineer turned HR professional with a curious mind, a people-first heart, and a deep love for continuous learning.
My journey began at Subros Ltd., where I spent over seven years as an Industrial Engineer in the manufacturing field. I worked on training & development, process improvement, and workforce documentation – the building blocks of organizational efficiency.
I’ve trained in Japan (AOTS Denso Program) on Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping and Ergonomics – experiences that taught me how global organizations value both discipline and compassion in building people-driven systems.
Over time, I discovered that my true passion wasn’t just in systems or structures – it was in the people behind them. Their growth, motivation, and engagement inspired me to pursue a new direction in Human Resources.
To align passion with purpose, I’m pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management from Amity University, with specializations in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, and HR Analytics.
My learning journey extends beyond academics – I’ve completed certifications in Talent Acquisition; Recruiting, Hiring & Onboarding Employees; Emotional Intelligence; Personality Types at Work; Human Behavior; Consumer Psychology; and Workday HR Systems (Basic & Advanced). These experiences bridge the analytical precision of engineering with the empathy and insight of HR, helping me understand how structure supports people in creating meaningful workplaces – because I believe that when structure meets compassion, great workplaces are born.

🌸 Beyond Work
When I step away from my professional life, I become a passionate gardener and cat lover, finding joy in nature and furry friends. I also dedicate time to crochet and the stimulating pursuit of exploring new cultures and languages.
I have completed Korean level 1 course through NPTEL IITM, as I believe languages are not just skills, but bridges to new ways of thinking and understanding people. It’s a perfect blend of creativity, learning, and quiet contemplation.
